Chris Duhamel
A true Jerseyman, Christopher was born and educated on the island, attending De La Salle College. With over 11 years of experience as a Sales Negotiator, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of Jersey’s dynamic property market. He has a strong passion for property valuations, market analysis, and tracking the latest sales data from the Royal Court, enabling him to deliver accurate, insightful valuation reports and provide clients with intelligent, data-led advice.
Christopher’s keen attention to detail and analytical mindset make him a valuable asset when it comes to strategic pricing and market positioning. However, his skills go beyond sales and valuations, he also brings a creative flair to property marketing. A talented content creator, Christopher produces high-quality, engaging short-form videos for social media, helping to maximise exposure and attract the right buyers for each property.
Outside of work, Christopher is a committed endurance athlete. He has completed seven marathons (including London and Los Angeles), participated in ten “Around the Island” charity walks, and is an avid cold-water sea swimmer, often found in the water more during winter than summer. Always up for a challenge, he is currently preparing for his most ambitious adventure yet: an 80-mile trek to Everest Base Camp.
