Gill Hunt FNAEA, CPEA
Gill Hunt has lived in Jersey for over 33 years and has been in estate agency for 27 years. Gill established Hunt Estates in 2015, previously having been a founding partner of another local estate agency.
Gill has a reputation for honesty and integrity; keeping her clients informed and works hard to achieve a speedy and smooth transaction for all parties. Gill sells and lets properties in all price ranges, and through her extensive networking, acts on most local high value property sales and rentals which are often maintained on her confidential register. Additionally, Gill will undertake property and probate valuations, as well as sales and rentals.
Gill is a Fellow of NAEA Propertymark and has completed national examinations which gained her a Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency. She is the Regional Executive/Representative for Jersey for Propertymark UK, the national body. Gill is also the immediate past president of the Jersey Estate Agents Association.
Gill holds the prestigious Masters Circle awarded by Christie’s International Real Estate, recognising her role in high value sales and lettings in Jersey.
Aside from her work, Gill, who is married, has a great interest in the History of Art and Architecture, has undertaken study courses, attends regular lectures and enjoys travelling to cultural and historical places. Gill is president of The Arts Society – Jersey.
