St Ouen

One of the most natural looking parishes, St Ouen is the most north westerly parish and has the wonderful St Ouen’s Bay which is the internationally famous beach for surfers. There are popular eating places along the road at La Braye, Water Splash, The Line Up and El Tico. The road is also scattered with ice cream vans in Summer and is popular for walking amongst the sand dunes, for bird watching or watching the surfers.

Les Mielles 18 hole golf course and driving range is situated in the bay. Plemont is a bay on the northern coast of the Parish and is a beautiful place to climb down to and explore the caves.

A short distance from the beaches is St Ouen’s village situated near the parish hall. The Jersey Hospice Care shop is situated in St Ouen and Les Landes Horse Racing Course, Jersey Military Museum and Jersey Pearl are also key attractions. There are properties that overlook the protected conservation area of sand dunes as well as more inland.  This is the place for watching the sun go down.
