Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate Hunt Estates is showing a portrait of the late David Bowie in its newly branded office in Jersey, Channel Islands.

The portrait is the work of artist, Iain Alexander of ALTR:EGO, who resides in Jersey.

Iain creates images of celebrities, musicians, royalty, and business icons.

As the Royal Mint celebrates the innovative and influential David Bowie as part of its Music Legends collection, it is a fitting tribute to the man who gave us Space Oddity.

This portrait is in mixed medium on brushed aluminium with diamond dust and resin and depicts Bowie as a spaceman after the name of his Space Oddity album released in 1969.
