EXPERIENCED PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS REQUIRED
Hunt Estates, Christie’s International Real Estate’s exclusive affiliate in Jersey, is looking for two more Negotiators to join their dynamic residential sales and lettings team.
We are looking for motivated sales driven persons with proven sales experience within the property industry who would like to be part of our growing success and recognition.
The role is commission based.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- A proven track record as a residential sales and lettings negotiator.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Local property and geographical knowledge.
- Good telephone and personal skills.
- Initiative and willingness to prospect for business.
- Used to working as part of a team.
- Organisational skills.
- Full driving licence essential.
