Hunt Estates, Christie’s International Real Estate’s exclusive affiliate in Jersey, has appointed David Voak, an experienced real estate professional, to join their expanding team.

Jersey born David was Managing Director and owner of Moore Properties for 17 years. In that time David worked on all aspects of Residential Sales and Property Management, during which he has developed many contacts.

Prior to that, David spent 20 years in aviation as an airline captain operating throughout Europe and subsequently in a senior management role.

David is dedicated to delivering consistently high standards of service. With his pragmatic approach to problem solving and can-do attitude, David prides himself on his ability to create long term business relationships.

Commenting on his appointment, Gill Hunt said, “As Christie’s International Real Estate’s chosen affiliate, we take great care to appoint agents who are respected and experienced and who will uphold the high values set by the company and so we welcome David to our team”.

David is a family man with grown up children and has been an active supporter of their sporting activities.

Director, Gill Hunt has been working in the sector for over 25 years and established Hunt Estates in 2016. She is a past president of the Jersey Estate Agents Association and a current committee member and is the regional executive of the National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark. She was joined by her husband in 2019 and in 2020 the couple were selected by Christie’s International Real Estate as their exclusive affiliate in Jersey, enabling Hunt Estates to access the Christie’s network worldwide and marketing and PR.
